I call my life ”a life upside down”, because that’s exactly what my life in the circus world is.
I’m an circus artist that due to injuries slipped in to clowning. And I found a whole new way of performing which I’ll never leave.
I started my circus carrier when I was 4 years old.
My first 10 years was most about playing and having fun, I did pyramid acrobatics in a youth circus in Sweden.
Around 1995 we suddenly had a great act and we started to travel around different circus festivals in the world and I knew that this was gonna be my life.
I also did banquin, bamboo, pair acrobatics, trapeze and more on, until I found the cradle.
I decided that I wanted to become a professional artist so I went to CirkusPiloterna, Cirkus Cirkör. After Cirkör I went to Ecole Supérieure des Arts du Cirque, Brussels.
I was a cradle catcher for 5 years and then my back said no.
I’m now back with my first solo show, ”Dora Dandelions Magic Show”.
I also have 10 years experience of teaching circus arts.
